Alex had her heart set on Powel Crosley long before she and Joe got engaged in Rome. The second that ring was on her finger, she was practically already applying for the venue lottery. That's how much she loved this place. ✨

Her vision was clear from day one: a romantic, Mediterranean-inspired wedding with lush greenery, warm tones, and an elevated garden feel. The goal was to make guests feel like they were stepping into a beautiful villa in Italy. The planning process focused on taking Alex’s inspiration and turning it into a wedding that felt authentic, intentional, and completely her own.

We took the Pinterest inspiration and brought it to life in a way that felt even more personal. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen, from the lush Mediterranean-inspired design to guest experiences like a gelato cart and strolling cannoli station that made the day feel unforgettable.

This wedding held an extra special place in our hearts because the bride is one of our lead planners. Getting to celebrate one of our own and bring her vision to life was something we'll never forget. This wedding is such a perfect example of the skill she brings to every wedding she is involved with. She's very talented at taking a vision and turning it into something real and even better than imagined.

Congratulations to Kevin & Kara 🤍

There's a common saying, "If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life."

I absolutely LOVED not only witnessing these two on their special day, but also being a part of making this event happen. They picked a beautiful venue (The Fenway!) and one thing I loved about their wedding was how much thought they put into making it fun. They had a custom sticker machine, records for the table numbers, beautiful/creative colors, live music, a cigar truck, and it was simply amazing and also a reflection of them as a couple.

As a wedding planner, I've had the privilege of helping over 100 couples in the Tampa Bay area bring their wedding day to life. Seeing months of planning come together and watching the love, excitement, and joy unfold is what makes every minute of this work deeply fulfilling. ☺️
