We make so many delicious things, but we're especially proud of our charcuterie!

For a long time, we thought it was just an old-fashioned term for "deli meat," but then we found out that it's its own thing—and it's the best thing.

Charcuterie is essentially meat that's been cured and preserved in some way (think prosciutto), but it can also mean other types of preserved meats like pickled sausage or pate.
