⚠️NETWORK OUTAGE 5/13/25-CURRENT ⚠️
Water's Edge Banquet Center at the St. Peters Golf Club
‼️A contractor, on a site streets over from us, cut the fiber conduit we use on 5/13/2025. Resulting in us being completely down.
Our IT Team at St. Peters has been working diligently. IT has us operating on a back up, but it is significantly slower than our normal network (approx. 10% speed). There is no ETA at this time, but we will post updates as soon as we receive them.
Water's Edge customer service is always our top priority, we are working on setting up staff members at offsite locations to be available for clients via phone and email.
Please note that all scheduled events will proceed as planned. While we are currently experiencing a network outage with media items, it has no impact on the ex*****on of our booked events on the event floor. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you soon.
