Getting to be about time to fire up the smoker! Did walk through tonight for wedding coming up in April. Getting wood order ready and shirts are gonna be ordered this week. Yesterday's event went so smooth. 250+ happy customers. We could have easily cooked 50 pounds more. Not one ounce of any meat or sides was left over. Great food, great people and a great cause. Brandon got his first taste of what it takes to cook for and execute a event like this and he did great. My amazing wife was the true backbone to the whole thing yesterday. Could not have done it without you baby. MVP!!!!! Even Dominick got to attend his 1st event. Great day all around!
