Well, it's June 1st and it looks like we will be out for the entire market season. I will need to have surgery and will have to be off my feet for 4-8 weeks after. Please keep Hafa Adai in your thoughts as we go through this year.

Anime STL is in 2 weekends! With me being out of commission (on crutches), we are going to need some help. Is anyone available to help on April 25, 26, 27? We need someone comfortable working the grill and flattop. We also need front of house help. Any help is greatly appreciated. No matter how long or short of a time frame. It is a busy event, but lots of fun!

Unfortunately, there will be no running around at TGFM for April and May this year. I have injured my knee and need to take time to rehabilitate to my chef-like self. We hope to be back in June stronger than ever. Updates will be posted. We are still staying busy, though. Working on some rebranding! Stay tuned!

Happy early anniversary to my heritage! Guam History and Chamorro Heritage Day is a public holiday in Guam, celebrating the discovery of the island. It has been held on the first Monday of March each year since 1970 in commemoration of the anniversary of the discovery of Guam in 1521.
