I’ve been so excited to make this post— here we go!!

The last few months I’ve had some down time from wedding busyness after an amazing 2023 season. I am definitely ready to be designing again, but the break has given me some time to refresh & refocus, and to dream about the future of Flowers by Julie.

In many ways, I tumbled into the flower game headfirst. When a friend asked me if I could help with her wedding florals, I had no idea that this would become a long-term passion and dream of mine.

Going into my fourth wedding season, I am so sure that this is where I want to be! I’ve learned so much from some really awesome wedding vendors and florists (shoutout to the lovely community) and can’t wait to continue honing my craft and style.

With all of this in mind, I am absolutely thrilled to officially launch my new logo and website (link in bio!) My goal is to keep sharing what FxJ is about and reach brides in Minnesota and beyond looking for elegant & imaginative designs to complement their best day ever!

I think I can already say that the blooms this year will be the most lively and colorful yet. I love the varied palettes that are trending and the creative energy brought by my 2024 brides.

My heart is full of gratitude— to my very first bride, Katie, and each bride that trusted me to create something lovely for their wedding florals, and to my friends and sisters who have encouraged me in every way, from stripping roses to leaving kind comments on my social media pages.
