Mintahoe Catering & Events offers several full-service dinner options, including the Rustic Pear Salad with organic greens, diced pears, candied walnuts, crumbled bleu cheese, and ch*****ne pear vinaigrette. The second salad is the Butternut Squash Salad with artisan greens, diced butternut squash, fried onions, feta, toasted pecans, dried cherries, and maple vinaigrette.

Founded in 1870, Minnesota Boat Club is home to Minnesota’s oldest athletic institution, and its rowing heritage is still visible throughout the property. This couple stepped down to the dock for portraits that could only belong to a wedding on Raspberry Island.

Our veranda is everyone’s favorite gathering spot. It is close enough to the ballroom that guests never feel removed from the celebration, but it gives everyone room to step outside, catch up, enjoy the river views, and take a few group photos with the newlyweds.
