Had a day of Grace yesterday. I have been struggling with recovering from my knee surgery. I got a call from Miki Mulvehill. She was in Milan, Italy on tour with Kenny Wayne Shepherd. She is also management for Doug MacLeod. Miki said " a little bird told Doug and me that rescheduling Doug's show on August 9 might be a relief to you". I missed her call....but when I heard the voicemail....I teared up. It was like a gift from above. Trying to get ready for the show in two weeks using a bad knee was becoming a nightmare. Grace found me. We will reschedule. Doug is the finest of friends.... musicians.....peeps on this planet. We will ride again! Thank you Miki....thank you Doug for your love and concern. OK Folks.....because it is taking longer for my new knee to recover than I had planned....the kind folks at The Gingkgo Coffehouse in St. Paul, Minnesota have agreed to partner with Creek House to bring this fantastic artist to town! We are moving the show from Creek House to The Ginkgo. We will be having some great fun. I will be the opening act...please bring a stopwatch. I will be shooting to perform the shortest love song ever performed....you can be part of the bona fide proof that we send into the Guiness Book of Records. Please join us....Grant is a great artist...lots of fun....eye opening....and great guy! Mary Rancone will sit in with Grant and add some wonderful vocals to Grant's songs. On Friday , April 11 at 7PM, The legendary group….Mustard’s Retreat, out of Ann Arbor, Michigan … returns to Minneapolis as they travel cross the country
on their 50th Anniversary Tour!
Yes…. Libby Glover and David Tamulevich have been bringing forth wonderful, joy filled, tender, and soul filling music for 50 years!!!!! Signed with Red House Records. They toured often with their friend, Peter Yarrow. They have been in the Twin Cities playing such wonderful places as The Coffeehouse Extemp, The World Theater, The Cedar and The Hopkins Center for the Arts. They will be performing at Judson Church with all the wonderful richness and reverb that a church sanctuary can offer.

Doors will open at 6:15 and the show will start at 7PM. A suggested donation of $20 at the door is most appreciated …. Cash is always appreciated as it makes it easier to pay the artist for their night’s work. No reservations are needed…. Seating is open seating and there is plenty of room.

Super News! SAVE THE DATE!!! Friday APRIL 11th!!!!! I have found a home for the Mustard's Retreat 50th Anniversary Concert!!! Because of my knee replacement earlier in the week, I can't do the show at Creek House...... So I reached out to the good folks at Judson Church in South Minneapolis. Creek House and Creek House Concerts will be partnering with Judson to make this happen. 7PM that Friday night....more info to follow shortly. Admission is $20. It is a most wonderful place to hear live music. If I can manage...I will be there!!!!❤

Hi Everybody.... I just received the news I was hoping for in January....but life happens. I will be receiving a new knee in April and will be out of commission until things heal. So....I regret that we will have to reschedule our April 11th Mustard's Retreat show...and our May 10 John Maxwell show. We are trying to find alternative venues for both those shows. If any of you have creative ideas....please reach out. We hopefully will be back in action by June....until then....be well....and thanks for your support of Creek House and live music. Once again we are proud and honored to be asked
to be the venue for an extra concert for the featured artists at this year’s fall get together of The Minnesota Bluegrass and Old Time Music Association!
Becky and Ned are world class musicians and will have you tapping your feet….clapping your hands….bobbing your heads….and smiling from ear to ear! Tom Peschges will open with a short set of his wonderful original songs.

We will be asking for a modest cash donation per person at the door to help keep this concert series going and to pay these artists for their artistry. Everyone who comes to Creek House seems to leave with a smile on their face….try it out….we think you’ll like it! Address and directions will be sent with confirmations.
