Classic florals, modern design ๐Ÿ’–

This might be a hot take, but: ๐šˆ๐š˜๐šž๐š› ๐š ๐šŽ๐š๐š๐š’๐š—๐š ๐šœ๐š‘๐š˜๐šž๐š•๐š ๐š•๐š˜๐š˜๐š” ๐š•๐š’๐š”๐šŽ ๐š’๐š ๐š‘๐šŠ๐š™๐š™๐šŽ๐š—๐šŽ๐š ๐š’๐š— ๐šˆ๐™พ๐š„๐š ๐šข๐šŽ๐šŠ๐š›.

Ok yeah maybe someday we might look back at a wedding and immediately know what year it was (babyโ€™s breath, burlap and mason jars? Hello, 2012!) because a certain color was everywhere. But honestly I think thatโ€™s kind of cool. It becomes part of the memory.

That being saidโ€ฆtrends donโ€™t have to mean your wedding looks like everyone elseโ€™s. The magic is finding a florist (hi!!!!) who sees the art in the flowers and knows how to take a popular color, style, or flower and make it feel unique. Call me and book your wedding flowers so we can make something special just. for. you.

If your dream wedding flowers involve moody vibes, flickering candles, dark romance and maybe an Etsy witch spell or twoโ€ฆhi ๐Ÿ‘‹ ๐Ÿ–ค ๐Ÿช„

๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐ŸŒพWill I grow flowers in my yard specifically for your wedding and cut them in the rain in my jammies and rain boots? Simple answer, yes.

โœˆ๏ธWill I go to the airport at 3am to pickup the vining greenery needed to decorate from the ceiling? Absolutely.

๐ŸฅทWill I sneak into the park to cut eucalyptus branches to get the perfect wispy vibe for your ceremony install? For legal reasons noโ€ฆ(but I mean yes).

๐Ÿ’ปWill I spend hours sifting through floral options to find the PERFECT shade of blush for your bouquet? Hell yeah.

๐Ÿ‘™Will I sometimes have questionable outfit choices while doing all of the above? Yeah probably ๐Ÿ˜‚

I love all my clients and will go to the ends of the earth to make sure they LOVE their flowers because thatโ€™s the kind of florist I am. ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–

Make a purse bouquet with me! ๐Ÿ‘›๐Ÿ‘›๐Ÿ‘›

1. I used a 3D printed frame for the purse body to hold chicken wire so I could create the look without using floral foam!
2. Ribbon was added for a handle but pearl strings or metal handles could also be used.
3. Different flowers need different mechanics - some can go without water, some need to be wired, and some need to be tubed! But everything gets inserted into the chicken wire.

Voila! A cutesty purse bouquet for a unique look ๐Ÿ‘›๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ’–

Being a florist is not for the weak. Thank goodness I practice yoga. Not to mention lifting heavy buckets. ๐Ÿ’ช

Also I average 16,000-20,000 steps on setup days.

Itโ€™s been a busy year and I wanted to share an update on the construction of my flower cooler!! Itโ€™s been an arduous task but the benefits of building my own cooler have been so awesome. Hopefully this might inspire you to create something big you never thought was possible, too! ๐Ÿ’–
