One of my biggest design beliefs: don’t fight the space you’re in.

If there’s a beautiful view, let it shine. If the room is dark and moody, lean into it. The best event design happens when you enhance what already makes a space special instead of trying to turn it into something it’s not.

Your budget almost always goes further when you work with the venue, not against it.

The kind of wedding day that reminds me exactly why I do this. Soft pastels layered everywhere, the most joyful energy from start to finish, and families that just felt so genuinely happy to be there celebrating them at the gorgeous Sunset Club.

Of course it was beautiful… but that part is a given. What made this day stand out was the feeling. The ease, the laughter, the way every moment felt full in the best way.

in this tutorial I’m showing you how to share Instagram stories you weren’t tagged in because honestly sometimes you just need to go off

think:
– the wedding you spent 12 hours producing and didn’t get tagged
– the vendor team post that somehow missed your name
– the content your client posted that you need on your page
– or just something you loved and want to reshare without waiting around

no tag? no problem.

Can’t believe it’s already been a week since ✨

I know it looks like a lot of fun (because it is), but what really stays with me are the people. The conversations, the shared ideas, the kind of energy that reminds you why you love what you do in the first place.

Being in a room full of wildly talented creatives never gets old. Every time, I leave feeling inspired, challenged, and a little more in awe of this industry and the people in it.

And yes I did jump in the pool 🤣

Coming back to this year felt different in the best way.

The last time I was here, I was stepping into something new. This time, I was invited back to help be on staff led by my good friend Samantha at .co , and that meant more than I can really put into words.

As a wedding planner, I care deeply about what a space feels like. Not just how it looks. Being part of an experience where the intention is to create room for connection, for honesty, for people to show up fully as themselves… that is the kind of work that fills me up, and doing it for those that usually are the ones making these kinds of rooms happen? Even better. And getting to watch it happen in real time, with people laughing, learning, and just enjoying being together, is something extraordinary.

What always gets me about Kinetic is the people. So much talent in one room that it almost doesn’t make sense. Even having experienced it before, it still blows my mind. I have admired so many of these creatives from afar, and it never gets old meeting those who are pushing this industry forward in ways that feel so genuine and inspiring.

Feeling really grateful to have been part of this again. And already counting down until the next one.
