We had the honor of transforming prom for Lower Richland High at The Gala by JW with full black draping for a dramatic masquerade theme, and it was EVERYTHING.

From the moment you walked in, the entire room disappeared into rich, layered black fabric, creating that moody, high-end vibe that made every mask, every detail, and every light pop. It didn’t even feel like the same space anymore… it felt like an experience.

There’s something about a barn venue that just hits different

This weekend at Ridgeway, we came in ready to install both ceiling and wall draping… but when we arrived, the venue already had ceiling draping in place.

So instead of forcing our original plan, we pivoted.

We adjusted everything to make our draping flow seamlessly with what was already there, and honestly, it came together even better than we expected.

A space that felt soft, elevated, and completely transformed

This is the part people don’t always see, being able to adapt on the spot and still deliver something beautiful.

We started setup Friday afternoon and didn’t break down until Monday, making sure every detail stayed exactly how it should all weekend long.

And in the end?
It turned out absolutely stunning.

You’re literally standing on top of an old pool… and can still see it beneath your feet.

They installed the same type of glass used on the Sears Tower to cover it, turning something unexpected into one of the most unique features of the entire space.

And we got to bring it all together with a soft, elegant backdrop
Layered draping, warm uplighting, and a clean head table moment that didn’t compete with the view… it elevated it.

And honestly… this venue makes it easy to create something beautiful.
We absolutely love this space and its owners, the kind of people who trust the vision, support creativity, and make every event feel seamless.

This one meant more to us than words can explain. Being able to show up and support an event that pours into young athletes, families, and the next generation is exactly why our family does what we do. Watching the room come together, seeing the conversations, the learning, and the impact in real time was incredibly moving.

We are deeply grateful for the trust placed in us and for the opportunity to serve in a way that goes far beyond chairs and draping. Moments like this remind us that when a community comes together with a shared purpose, something truly special happens.
