Starting July 1, 2026, The Armory of St. Marys will be implementing updates to our wedding package structure and pricing.

✅ Already booked with us? You're all set. This update applies only to weddings booked after July 1, 2026. Your existing agreement remains as is, no changes, no surprises. We honor every commitment we've made to you.

I pulled into the Armory just before 9:00 tonight and found Derek Roop, owner of Roop's Landscape Services, LLC, out here getting started on the new Armory Community Garden—leveling the ground and preparing the space for what’s to come.

Derek knew we have a workday scheduled next weekend, and he promised me he’d have the site ready so we could spend our time building the raised beds instead of clearing ground. True to his word, here he is making it happen.

What makes it even more impressive is that he spent the day supporting his son at baseball and then came straight here to work into the evening. That’s the kind of work ethic and character you don’t find everywhere.

Small-town dads like Derek are the backbone of our communities—showing up for their families, keeping their promises, and quietly putting in the work when nobody is watching.

Thank you, Derek, for everything you’re doing to help bring this community garden to life. If you’re looking for a landscaper who works hard, does what he says he’ll do, and genuinely cares about his community, he’s your guy.

A wedding venue that the guys are actually excited about. 🍻

We had the honor of hosting the Richardsons’ wedding this past fall, and these photos are absolutely stunning. We love seeing the joy our couples experience here, and the creativity captured in every moment.

Did you know about our Teen Room? 🎮🕹🎱

Our Teen Room is open on select days and hours during the week to our local youth. Teens are invited to come on in and hang out! We have games, TV, and a fun atmosphere to gather with friends or do some schoolwork.
You can check out those hours by visiting St. Marys Community Armory on Facebook.

Our Teen Room also doubles as our venue's downstairs Groom Suite. With each addition of our downstairs Groom Suite to a wedding package, all proceeds go straight to The St Marys Community Armory nonprofit to help benefit our local youth! We hope to fund excursions for our teens and continue to grow our Teen Room amenities for the kids to enjoy.

The Armory of St Marys is more than just a wedding venue. With each rental, you help us give back to our community that supports us most. 💛

Hello everyone!

It has been a hot minute since our last post, but that is because we have been busy, busy, busy! Booking season has treated us well, and we cannot wait to work with all of our future brides and grooms!

We wanted to take a moment to hop on here and announce to our followers that, within the next two months, major changes will be happening at The Armory! 👀
Our windows needed more than a little TLC, so we are saying goodbye to the old and hello to all new windows throughout the entire building!!

It is a huge project, but one that we know will bring added value and comfort to our venue- old, cracked windows make for even hotter summers and colder winters! ☀️❄️

We can't wait for all of you to see this transformation. Keep your eyes peeled for a sneak peek at our new windows. ☺

Kaytee and Derek were the first couple to say “I do” inside the beautiful, historic Armory of St. Marys.

My love for Kaytee started when we realized we both appreciate a good Old Fashioned. 🥃 From that moment on, we were instant friends. Classic cocktails, timeless style, and a shared love for details that feel intentional.

The love Kaytee and Derek share is deep and palpable. The kind you can feel across a room without a single word being spoken. Every element of their day was carefully thought out, beautifully curated, and woven together so seamlessly.
