Lunds & Byerlys Catering is proud to partner with to support their mission to provide nutritious, free meals to people with critical illnesses in the Twin Cities. This year we hosted guests at The Mezz at Roseville as part of the Open Arms Moveable Feast. Inspired by the flavors of MN our blueberry maple balsamic salad, wild rice crusted walleye fillets, and a strawberry rhubarb cake transported our guests from the grocery cafe to the north woods.
