Today Event Architects completed a project for the MN Trucking Association. We converted a scheduled live Management Conference that was to take place at a Marriott Conference Center into a virtual meeting on demand for their entire membership. We Zoom Recorded 4 national speakers through Allied Productions, added sponsor PPT’s and music and audio intros by their president. We then uploaded all presentations to their web site to be contained in a new content library! Kristi Gray Shepherd and I are very proud of Drew Hau from Allied and EA and our highly capable speakers who did an amazing job. We were in 3 different geographic locations and made it happen.

The event industry is changing forever! But, we will always need what live events, shaking hands and enjoying camaraderie of our clients and friends will bring! Onward and upward. . . Anyone need help?😎😉

This message is to ALL of our Friends but particularly our Event Friends who are ALL hurting right now. I want this message to deal with the light at the end of the tunnel. Yes, we are all creative enough and positive enough to see that light and see it getting brighter as we ALL pull together and support each other. As Event People we do great things with light.

We have been producing small to more major events for close to 30 years. We've weathered major storms from more than a few serious recessions to 9/11 to local and national calamities. WE are Event People, WE are resilient, WE are strong, WE persevere, no matter what.

WE want you all to remember the faces and names who have been in and at your Events for all these years. Keep them in your prayers. But, most importantly, remember who they are when its time to hire them for your first Events back in the saddle.

YOU ALL know us and we will be there for YOU! Peace and Positive Thoughts today, tomorrow and forever!
