Washburn High School 100 Year Celebration 🌟Event🌟

Washburn High School marked its centennial on August 1st and 2nd by inviting alumni back to campus to reminisce and celebrate a century of remarkable education.

The event honored Hall of Fame inductees, including state champion athletes, music icons Jeff Arundel and Jimmy Jam Harris, as well as NASA astronaut Robert Cabana. Notable moments included Jimmy Jam receiving his honorary diploma after leaving school to chase his music dreams, inspiring words from Tracy Byrd, Washburn's Language Arts teacher and the 2024 Minnesota Teacher of the Year, and a proclamation from Mayor Frey and the City of Minneapolis declaring August 1, 2025, as “Washburn High School Day.” Here’s to the next century!

2025 Gillette's Golf Tournament ⛳️

Another day on the golf course and we couldn't be happier!

On August 4, Do Good Events had the pleasure of helping companies of all sizes, golf enthusiasts and medical and business professionals come together for a day of golfing, networking and fundraising for an incredible cause.

This year’s event raised over $160,000 in support of the James R. Gage Center for Gait and Motion Analysis. This brings the total amount raised throughout the history of the tournament to over $3,572,469!

A hot day for a golf tournament but a great day to raise funds for M Health Fairview Masonic Children's Hospital! On July 14th, we supported the annual Champions for Children Celebrity Golf Classic with nearly 40 celebrities in attendance. Each hole included an engaging activation including a custom hat bar, hole-in-one competitions, food and drink samples, and so much more!

We are back for another RAISE + ARRANGE event! We unite the event industry with non-profit event leaders to discover the secrets behind successful fundraising events and build a community with the "all ships rise" mentality. ⛳Local 49 Golf Classic For Homes For Our Troops️⛳️

Another day, another reason to golf!

The 4th Annual Local 49 Golf Classic, which supports Homes For Our Troops, was a resounding success! This event showcased an impressive swag bag, engaging on-course games with exciting prizes, a raffle for a trip with two lucky winners, and a heartfelt program that highlights a new veteran each year who has been granted a home by Homes For Our Troops.

In FOUR short years, Local 49 has raised over $1,3 million for Homes For Our Troops, with over $290,000 raised at this year's event alone!

Local 49 is an organization that builds and donates specifically adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured post 9/11 veterans, to enable them to rebuild their lives.

We enjoyed an action-packed day of golf, bidding, and networking at the WithAll ForeAll Golf Tournament and Sunset Social in June!

With approximately 150 guests joining us, WithAll raised over $230,000! From tee-time to sunset, this event was filled with activity and generosity.
