Speaking of James ... While I've never claimed to be a completist when it comes to their discography that spans from well before my time to well after I stopped paying attention to Britpop in general, I feel like I should have known about Getting Away With It All (All Messed Up). Not only was it on the album Pleased To Meet You, which I was at least aware of because its album art was a composite image of all ... 5? 7? of their faces, but all three verses of that song in particular are about a character named Daniel, who may or may not have been a strong swimmer. Gotta add it to Daniel My Brother and Daniel and the Sacred Harp.

I don't know any details, but RIP Rico Wade apparently. If you don't know the name but you enjoy southern rap, you really should. Without him, the decades of Atlanta dominating the rap (and R&B) game probably never happen.
