The St. Joseph Community Culture Survey is helping us understand the real experience of people across our community, but some voices are still underrepresented.

So far, participation has been strongest among older adults, business leaders, educators, and nonprofit leaders. We would especially love to hear from:

• Young adults (18–34)
• Downtown and Midtown residents
• Government employees
• Arts community members
• Anyone who feels their perspective isn't usually represented

This survey isn't about politics, blame, or criticism.

It's about listening.
Learning.
And growing together.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who made our 8th Annual Heart & Soul Gospel Heritage Festival on February 22nd absolutely unforgettable! The MidCity Excellence - MCE Community Learning Center, Inc. crew, our performers, and every guest- you brought the unity, inspiration & truly filled our hearts!

Although, we raised $93 this day, we know our community is full of hearts ready to lift us for our 25th year of service. Come visit us THIS SUNDAY (February 22nd) at 4 PM as we celebrate the various cultures that make up our wonderful community! This is a FREE, family-friendly event and all are welcome!

This event will take place at at Faith FWC, 604 S. 20th St.

Community members of all ages are encouraged to attend. Donations are welcome and can be made via Venmo, online at VisitMCE.org or in-person on the day of the event.

MidCity Excellence is collecting new or gently used suits, jackets, ties, and tuxedos to support young men preparing for the ROTC Ball, prom, graduation, and mock interviews.

Your donation helps them show up with confidence, dignity, and style as they step into important milestones.
