Pilgram started his dance training under the direction of Paul Chambers in 1995. From there Joe went on to receive his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. He has performed professionally with Andy Williams, Shoji Tabuchi, Dino Kartsonakis and Clay Cooper in Branson, Missouri, at the new Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts in Kansas City, and numerous o
