⚠️ SCAM WARNING ⚠️

We wanted to make everyone aware of something that’s unfortunately becoming more common in the inflatable and party rental industry. Scammers are stealing pictures from REAL rental companies’ websites and pages, posting them on Marketplace for super cheap prices, collecting payment through apps like Cash App or Venmo, and then NEVER showing up to the event.

We recently found someone using OUR pictures of the mechanical bull from Highball Rides and advertising it in Kansas City for almost half of our actual rental price. Once we caught them and reported it, the listing was deleted.

Please protect yourself before booking on Marketplace with anyone:

✅ Make sure the company has a real website
✅ Check for real reviews and tagged photos
✅ Verify they have a business phone number
✅ Be cautious of prices that seem WAY too cheap
✅ Ask for a contract or confirmation email
✅ Make sure the business has active social media and real event photos
✅ Be careful sending deposits through personal payment apps to people you can’t verify

Sadly, these scams can ruin birthdays, school events, and parties when companies never show up. We would hate for that to happen to anyone.
