I can’t believe I almost forgot to share this one!
Back in May, I had the joy of helping one of my biggest supporters and dearest friends, Tammy, celebrate her daughter Addie’s high school graduation.

Addie is the definition of a glam girl, so we embraced all things pink with touches of gold, shimmering details, a fun balloon installation, personalized signs, glowing accents and beautiful silk florals.

One of my favorite parts of this job is getting a front-row seat to life’s biggest milestones—especially when it’s for people who have cheered me on from the very beginning. 💕

✨ A little sneak peek of what I’ve been working on behind the scenes lately… ✨

One of my biggest goals for Every Last Detail Event Planning has always been creating a space that better serves my clients, and I’m so excited to finally share that it’s becoming a reality!

I’ve been busy transforming a private consultation and inventory area in Altamont. This will allow us to meet one-on-one for day-of coordinating consultations, event planning meetings, and design sessions, while also giving clients the opportunity to view rental inventory in person to help bring their vision to life.

This location will be by appointment only, allowing me to provide each client with a more personalized experience and dedicated time focused entirely on their event.

There is still plenty of work to do, but seeing it all start to come together has me incredibly excited for what’s ahead. ❤️

I also want to give a very special thank you to my amazing parents for helping me get all of the shelving units moved in and assembled, and to Della for helping me tackle inventory moving and organization on one of the hottest days of the year so far. I truly couldn’t do this without the support of my village.

Thank you to each and every one of you for supporting this dream of mine.
Every booking, referral, like, comment, and share has helped Every Last Detail continue to grow.
I can’t wait to welcome clients into this new space soon!

This month will include honoring some special dads, bringing a beautiful wedding to life, and helping classmates reconnect and make new memories at a class reunion.

From milestone moments to meaningful gatherings, I love seeing each event come together with its own unique style and story. 💚

A New Chapter Begins - Norah’s Edition📚✨

This one…. LOVE. 💗
Celebrating Norah’s high school graduation and recital with a theme that fit her perfectly. An extremely talented young lady stepping into her next chapter.

I created a whimsical, vintage-inspired setup filled with old hymnals, books and bibles, stacked suitcases, silk florals with pops of color, personalized bookmarks for the guests, glowing candlelight and meaningful little details throughout the space. The exposed brick venue gave everything the perfect cozy vibe.

I honestly don’t know if I can pick a favorite detail. I absolutely loved the open books with florals spilling out of them as centerpieces (Burkland’s knocked these out of the park!)… but the custom book wall my husband and son helped build for the photo backdrop may have stolen the show. ❤️

And the food table was incredible… fresh fruit, subs, cakesicles and cupcakes that looked just as amazing as they tasted!

I absolutely loved bringing this vision to life.

Every wedding day is special to me… but some hold an extra personal meaning. 🤍

I was so blessed to serve as Ceremony Coordinator for Katelyn & Clayton’s wedding on Saturday. I’ve known Katelyn and her family for many years, and they are truly dear friends of ours, which made being part of this day even more meaningful.

Watching two wonderful people begin this next chapter surrounded by so much love was such an honor. Everything was beautiful, heartfelt and full of joy.

As May comes to an end, I’m sitting here feeling completely exhausted… but even more thankful. ❤️

This has officially been the busiest month I’ve ever had with Every Last Detail, and I truly could not be more grateful for every client, referral, booking, share, kind word, and supporter along the way.

The past month included:

There were late nights, early mornings, sore feet, heavy lifting, lots of Pepsi, and many moments of “how am I going to pull all of this off?” … but somehow it all came together. 🫶

This girl is tired… but beyond blessed.

One of my favorite new additions this season has been creating custom Bloom Bar experiences, and this one was so special!
Guests were able to handpick fresh florals and create their own bouquets to take home while celebrating high school graduate Gracie and all she’s accomplished. 🌸✨

Last weekend’s outdoor graduation celebration for Daisy was full of all the feminine, dainty details… soft pinks, fresh daisies, touches of gold, and the sweetest desserts to celebrate such a special milestone. 🌼🎓✨

This setup took place on a downtown outdoor patio and despite Mother Nature trying her best to challenge us with CRAZY winds, it all still came together beautifully. The wind won the battle with the photo backdrop though — no amount of weight was keeping that thing standing, so we had to take it down completely.

Event life means learning to pivot quickly!

From the custom signs to the daisy balloon garland, charcuterie cups, cupcakes, cookies, and all the little details in between… this one was such a fun celebration to bring to life for Daisy and her family.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Burkland’s for always being exceptional to work with!

From a Day-Of Coordinator perspective, they are truly one of those florist teams you can completely count on. Deliveries are always right on time, setup is smooth and efficient, and the florals are consistently beautiful.

Not only are they amazing for weddings I coordinate, but they are also wonderful to work with on events I fully plan and decorate myself. No matter what vision or idea I throw at them, they always bring it to life so beautifully.

Reliable, talented, professional, and easy to work with — all qualities that make wedding and event days run so much smoother. I always love when I get the opportunity to work alongside Burkland’s!
