We're culinary nomads, roaming MN & WI, pulling our trusty wood-fired oven to your event, crafting epic, original, & tasty feasts. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, we will travel to your celebration, party, or open house, bring our mobile wood-fired oven and fresh ingredients to you and prepare meals onsite. You can periodically find us serving our fresh made from scratch pizzas right from the oven at festivals, wineries, breweries, and other outdoor venues during the summer. We will have no public events until April of 2021.

Field Trip!

A handful of us here at AWF went out to Hudson this week to participate in a Gozney night at Smoke on the Water Grills and Provisions. We had such a great time making pizzas AND new friends! Shoutout to Figgy and Dave for having us out and hosting such a wonderful event!

Check out Smoke on the Water for all of your premium-quality grills, smokers, rubs, sauces, tools, and specialty meat needs!

Here at A Wandering Fire, we believe that Local is Best.

On Wednesday we had the great privilege of catering for the St. Croix Valley Food Alliance's 2026 Fall Fundraiser. The Philadelphia Community Farm kindly provided us with the beets, basil, and tomatoes we used for our pizzas!

St. Croix Valley Food Alliance works to strengthen and promote a thriving, resilient, and equitable local food economy in the St. Croix River Valley. Philadelphia Community Farm is a member of the SCVFA, so serving their produce on our pizza at the SCVFA event this week was really special.

Philadelphia Community Farm is an Intergenerational, Multi-Abled, BIPOC & LGBTQ led and centered farm community and nonprofit. Their mission is incredibly important to Chef Maaren, so having the opportunity to collaborate with them in this way was incredibly memorable for us.

Thank you for those of you who came out and shared a night of community and pizza with us. If you don't already, please follow and support our friends St. Croix Valley Food Alliance and Philadelphia Community Farm!
