🚨 URGENTLY HIRING: EVENT RENTAL CREW MEMBERS

Hiring 1–3 Team Members | Part-Time / Weekend-Focused
Miller’s Jump Time Entertainment is growing, and we are looking to add 1–3 dependable, hardworking team members for our event rental crew.
PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE JOB DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPLYING.
This is a physical, outdoor job. You will work in the Florida heat, lift and move heavy equipment, load and unload trailers, deliver and set up inflatables, pick up equipment after events, and clean inflatables and other rental equipment.
If you enjoy physical work, being outdoors, working as part of a team, and don't mind getting sweaty or dirty, this could be a great fit.
Pay rate: helpers starting at $17 an hour
Drivers starting at $22 an hour
📅 TYPICAL WORK SCHEDULE
Our busiest days are Friday through Monday, and weekend availability is REQUIRED.
A typical week may look like:
FRIDAY — DELIVERIES & SETUPS
* Load trucks and trailers
* Deliver inflatables and party rental equipment
* Set up inflatables at homes, schools, churches, HOAs, businesses, city events, and other locations
* Properly stake/secure equipment and complete setup procedures
SATURDAY & SUNDAY — EVENTS / DELIVERIES / PICKUPS AS NEEDED
* Additional deliveries and pickups
* Event setups
* Equipment changes
* Larger event support
* Other scheduled work as needed
MONDAY — PICKUPS
* Return to weekend rental locations
* Deflate and roll inflatables
* Load equipment
* Transport equipment back to our facility
* Unload and organize equipment
TUESDAY–THURSDAY — CLEANING & PREPARATION AS NEEDED
* Clean and sanitize inflatables
* Inspect equipment
* Prepare equipment for the upcoming weekend
* Organize inventory and rental equipment
* Assist with other warehouse/yard duties as needed
Hours will vary depending on the number of events scheduled. This is NOT a traditional Monday–Friday, 9–5 position.
💪 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job is physically demanding.
Applicants must be comfortable:
* Working outdoors in the Florida heat and humidity
* Lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving heavy equipment
* Handling large rolled inflatables with a team
* Loading and unloading trucks and trailers
* Bending, kneeling, standing, and walking for extended periods
* Working around grass, dirt, water, and wet equipment
* Getting sweaty and dirty while completing setups and pickups
* Working efficiently while still following safety procedures
You do not need to know everything on your first day. We are willing to train the right person.
We care more about finding someone who is dependable, teachable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
🚚 EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS — NOT REQUIRED
Previous experience with any of the following is a PLUS:
* Bounce houses / inflatables
* Party rental companies
* Event setup
* Tent setup
* Moving or delivery work
* Landscaping or other outdoor labor
* Warehouse work
* Loading/unloading
* Equipment cleaning
HUGE PLUS:
If you are comfortable and experienced driving a pickup truck while pulling a trailer, please make sure you mention this when applying.

Our company regularly provides equipment and services for schools, government properties, city events, churches, community organizations, and events involving children.
Background checks will be conducted.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work and must be able to meet applicable requirements for working at the types of customer and event locations we serve, including schools and government properties.
