When it comes to wedding dresses, we do recommend you make an appointment only for when you are ready to make a purchase on a dress. We completely understand that this is a huge

financial decision and this is why we ask this of you. With having all the pretty wedding dresses, we also ask to refrain from touching them unless you have an appointment. Our dresses are "buy off the rack" which means we would like to keep them clean and not have any accidents happen. Although the dresses are "buy off the rack", there are many that we can also order if you need it in a different size. With the potential of ordering, we recommend you come 7-8 months before your wedding. When it comes to prom season, we ask you to make an appointment especially if it on the weekend. It can become very chaotic and we want you to have the the best experience. We would like to make a note that we DO NOT do refunds or returns. We make exceptions to exchange a dress if needed or we do store credit.
