Hi everyone & Happy New Year!

After a lot of thought, I have made the difficult decision to no longer host The Harmony Market. Unfortunately, certain individuals within the HOA board & volunteer committee have been doing whatever they can to keep me from doing the Market for some reason. Reporting me to the CDD, contacting Osceola County Zoning, having me removed from the main Harmony Community page...it's just become too much drama & too stressful for me.

I can't thank you all enough for all of your support over the years 🤍.
I hope to work with you all sometime in the future!!

*** I would like to add that i followed all country rules as I did contact them before I began taking over the market. No approval was needed from the CDD since I was using the streets & no permit was required since I was blocking one street & still leaving access from another. I'm seeing a post being sent to me & its not true. So annoying. ***

This event is open to the public so PLEASE share the flyer!

👉👉Here is what you need to know:
We will be using the same two streets that we always use for the Market. If you do not know where this is please just go to town square, I will be there to guide you. You will need to unload then park in the golf club parking lot or along the streets throughout town square.

👉👉NOTE:
This is an OUTDOOR event. We do not have access to any indoor locations so please keep that in mind. All spaces are first come, first serve, HOWEVER YOU MUST CHECK IN WITH ME BEFORE YOU SET UP TO MAKE SURE THAT SPOT ISN'T BEING USED FOR SOMETHING ELSE. Please provide your own tables, chairs, tents, etc. Please tie or weight your tents down! Unfortunately, there is NO electricity available for this event. I suggest if you need power to bring your own generator.

👉👉Restrooms:
Restrooms are located at the Golf Clubhouse near the parking lot. You will enter through the side door, the front is locked.

👉👉Payment:
The fee for this event is $30 per space. YOU MUST PAY AT CHECK IN SO PLEASE HAVE YOUR PAYMENT READY UPON ARRIVAL. We accept cash, check made payable to Southern Touch Weddings & Events, Venmo or Zelle 407-709-0187.

👉👉Trash:
Each vendor is responsible for their own trash!!! DO NOT put your trash in the garbage cans around the Square. If needed bring your own trash bags please. DO NOT leave your trash bags in the street, there is no one to pick it up but me and I have no where to take it.

👉👉Set-up:
You may begin set-up as early as 7am and you MUST be ready by 945am. If you need special arrangements, please call or text me at 407-709-0187. Unloading seems to be an issue! If you are driving up to your spot to unload, you only have FIVE minutes to unload, then leave your space and go park! Please do NOT block traffic!!!
