We highly recommend PJ’s Sea Pearl Beach House. We visited about a year ago when we booked the venue. It was even more beautiful than I remembered. The day of was so magical. Everything ran smoothly and the decor was gorgeous. ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent communication! Very reliable! Gave us peace of mind to know the event would go smoothly. They did a beautiful job on our son’s rehearsal dinner.

The venue has the most beautiful view of the beach/ocean. PJ is so easy to work with. The shimmer on the dance floor is beautiful under the moonlight.

We chose this beach house as the venue for both our wedding ceremony and reception- the best decision we could have made. The property is absolutely beautiful and offered the perfect blend of a destination wedding and a relaxing mini vacation for our families and friends. The ocean views are breathtaking, with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets that made our photos incredible. The private beach access was such a special bonus—our guests loved walking the beach, finding shells, and even shark teeth. The layout and outdoor space worked perfectly for hosting our ceremony and reception. We comfortably hosted around 100 guests with plenty of room to spare, and the flow of the space made everything feel relaxed, intimate, and seamless. We received so many compliments from our guests on the decor, the overall setup, and how smoothly the entire event ran. What truly sets this venue apart is PJ. She goes above and beyond in every way imaginable. She helped with wedding details, anticipated needs we didn’t even realize we had, and gave me the most stress-free wedding day I could have hoped for. Having a host who genuinely cares about your experience makes all the difference, and PJ absolutely delivered. This venue gave us more than we could have ever hoped or dreamed for—both as a wedding and reception space and as a place for our loved ones to gather and celebrate all weekend. We cannot recommend this venue highly enough to any couple looking for a beautiful, meaningful, and unforgettable beach wedding experience.
