Hi Everyone! We are SO looking forward to having events and celebrating life again! We love weddings but we also host all kinds of other events!

Engaged couples: Our specialty is a full wedding day and wedding related events such as rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, showers, etc. We also offer ceremony only and reception only packages of multiple sizes.

Businesses, groups or individuals planning an event: We enjoy having all different types of events at either venue. This could include celebrations, dinners, corporate parties, holiday parties, auctions, fundraisers, cultural parties and more. We can hold large events but have also hosted intimate gatherings including celebration of life events.

Corporate Meetings: The Assembly Room at Art 'n Motion provides and elegant, private conference room for small meetings or gatherings of up to 25 people. This room has it's own wet bar, a TV available for meetings and upgrade options such as coffee and grazing boards.

Hi Everyone!
I wanted to start off the new year of 2020 by expressing my appreciation and excitement of last year related to House of Assembly.
I founded House of Assembly Events in mid 2018 and it took off faster than I could have ever imagined! We are so excited and grateful that people love our venues as much as we do. I couldn't have imagined or asked for a better first full year of business.
Clients hosted all kinds of events with us in 2019! We had weddings (of course), birthday parties, anniversary parties, holiday parties, business parties and celebrations, meetings, classes, showers, car shows, celebration of life events, cultural celebrations, fashion shows, photoshoots, fundraisers, awards banquets, and more!
We not only opened a new venue but completely renovated another. We exceeded our goal and are So Close to already exceeding our goal for 2020! I really love this job (even when we have stressful moments) and I'm so happy my path took a turn to leading to this career. It's challenging and frustrating but so fulfilling and full of fun, love and beauty. No day is the same! This career compliments my personality in so many ways and I couldn't thank Everyone along the way enough for helping me get here and continue to grow.
Looking forward to another great year of events, learning and building relationships! Look out! I have a lot of ideas brewing in this dream-filled head of mine!

Today is Small Business Saturday! I couldn't be more thankful for the success of my young business and for my clients that support it. We set ourselves apart as a small business wanting to offer the best experience possible at our venues. A lot of heart and soul (as well as blood, sweat and tears) were put into creating and molding our venues into beautiful, unique settings to have special events in. Weddings in particular are my specialty and we want every couple to feel as if it's Their day and make their wedding dreams come true. I am lucky enough to be surrounded by a network of small business owners in this industry who support each other and couldn't be happier to be in this career. Thank you everyone.
