-Arugula, pear & pomegranate salad
- Garden salad with yellow heirloom tomatoes
- Fresh baguette
- Grilled fillet tenderloin w/ red wine reduction
- Panko crusted trigger fish with garlic caper beurre blanc
- Potatoes au gratin
- Charred broccolini

Soo need to make this… but will modify the recipe a bit

Pink Flamingo Piña Colada
Ingredients:
2 oz coconut cream
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut milk
1 oz white rum
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz grenadine syrup
1 cup ice
Instructions
Prepare Ingredients:

Ensure all ingredients are measured and ready to go.
Blend Ingredients:

In a blender, combine the coconut cream, pineapple juice, coconut milk, white rum, lime juice, grenadine syrup, and ice.
Blend:

Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Serve:

Pour the Pink Flamingo Piña Colada into a chilled glass.
Garnish:

Optionally, garnish with a slice of pineapple, a maraschino cherry, or a lime wheel.
Enjoy your Perfect Pink Flamingo Piña Colada, a delightful twist on the classic tropical cocktail!
