Just a reminder we will not be having practice tomorrow, Wednesday February18th. Our next practice will be Monday, February 23. Tomorrow is high school districts for the boys at Teton high school. Come and cheer our high schoolers on.

Join us for an Exciting Wrestling Dual! 🏆 South Fremont Cougars take on Teton Timberwolves on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at HOME!!. The competition begins at 6pm. It is also our SENIOR NIGHT!! Come out and show your support for our Seniors and the rest of our Cougars!

When: 7:00 pm
Where: South Fremont High School, Varsity Wrestling Room

Parent Meeting will be on Thursday, December 4, 2025 @ 7:00 pm during practice

Just a reminder for all of our wrestlers the Battle for the Bronze is tomorrow May 2. We ask all wrestlers to be there by 9:30 am. If you are helping for the tournament if you can show up at 9:15am it would be greatly appreciated. We hope see all of you there!
