Albans, Maine, has been proudly serving weddings, corporate events, reunions, anniversaries, and celebrations of life for nearly four decades. Known for homemade dishes prepared fresh for every event, Perley’s Catering specializes in buffets, BBQs, and a wide variety of menus tailored to each client. Dietary requests are welcomed and accommodated with care. Perley began his career in food service in 1982 after graduating from Southern Maine Technical College with a degree in Culinary Arts. A few years later, he expanded his expertise by earning his certification in Dietary Technology. Throughout the 1980s, he worked in several restaurants and hospitals before finding his long-term professional home as the Director of Nutrition for Belfast schools—a role he held for 26 years. In 1986, Perley and his wife Cathy turned their shared passion for food and hospitality into a catering business. Together, they balanced full‑time careers, raised their family, and built a reputation for dependable service, exceptional homemade food, and genuine care for every event they touched. Their dedication, teamwork, and love for the craft have shaped Perley’s Catering into the trusted, community‑rooted business it is today.
