Hello! We are a historic theatre located in downtown Saginaw offering a place to connect. Truly, “the Showplace of Northeastern Michigan.”

Originally opened on July 28, 1927, the Temple Theatre is Saginaw’s premiere venue for the performing arts, music, dance, live events, and cinema. After being completely renovated in 2002, the 1,750-seat theatre features an intricately detailed interior that captures the essence of the original Neo-Classic design. Legendary performers, contemporary stars, and famous performing groups grace the stage of our region’s most historic theatre.

A ticket to history!

This vintage ticket shredder takes us back to the days where a paper stub was the key to an unforgettable night. A beautiful reminder of how much history the Temple Theatres holds, and how many excited guests we have welcomed!
Prior to entering the shredder ticket stubs would be counted to get the "drop count," today we call it the "scan count" since most tickets are electronic!
