✨ LET’S TALK LUXURY! ✨
We had the absolute privilege of bringing this luxury Bridgerton-inspired baby shower to life at the stunning Saginaw Art Museum — and to say this celebration was breathtaking would be an understatement. 🤍✨
From the moment our client shared her vision with us, we were all in! Every detail was thoughtfully planned to create an elegant, romantic, and luxurious atmosphere featuring sage green, gold, cream, and rich, sophisticated details that perfectly complemented the beautiful museum setting.
But this event was about so much more than what you see in the final photos.
There was a LOT of work happening behind the scenes to make this day come together seamlessly.
Throughout the planning process, our team:
✨ Held multiple planning meetings with our client to discuss her vision and every detail she wanted incorporated
✨ Helped create a detailed event timeline
✨ Created a comprehensive supply list and helped determine the quantities needed
✨ Assisted with coordinating the various event details and logistics
✨ Secured a slushy machine through one of our amazing vendor connections
✨ Secured beautiful soft seating through vendors we work with
✨ Set up the entire baby shower and brought the vision to life
✨ Had our team on-site throughout the event to assist with whatever was needed
✨ Assisted with teardown and breakdown at the conclusion of the celebration
✨ Had an IT professional on-site to assist with displaying photos and playing music throughout the event.
And we mean it when we say we’re there for the little things, too. 💕
Our team was there to support our client and her guests throughout the celebration — even when our guest of honor needed a little assistance getting her hair fixed before making her grand entrance! 👑✨
