Saginaw on Stage

Saginaw on Stage Local music festival Saginaw on Stage (SOS) is an annual music festival that highlights local artists.

SOS is put on by the Rotary Club of Saginaw and proceeds are used for various humanitarian and civic efforts, locally and globally.
