One of the most unique places I visited on my recent travels was Tap Ins at the Greenhouse in Kansas City, Kansas for Prospiant

Imagine combining a greenhouse filled natural light with an indoor putt-putt golf course—and that's exactly what they've created.

As someone who spends a lot of time photographing greenhouses, it was fascinating to see a greenhouse structure being used in such a creative and unexpected way. It was a fun reminder that these spaces can be much more than growing environments—they can become destinations and experiences all their own.

Definitely one of the most memorable stops from my trip.

One of the best parts of creating content in the greenhouse industry is hearing the stories behind the businesses.

Recently, I had the opportunity to create a video for Prospiant, featuring Russell H. Johnson and his son, Bryce Johnson, as they shared more about their operation, Red Oak Greenhouses in Red Oak, Iowa and the impact of their Poly Arch greenhouse.

It’s always rewarding to help showcase not only the structure itself, but the people, passion, and generations behind the business.

Excited to share this project and a look inside an operation built around growth, innovation, and family legacy.

Recently had the opportunity to spend time photographing inside the manufacturing facility at Prospiant.

What stood out most was the level of coordination, engineering, and craftsmanship involved throughout the production process. These environments are built around precision, and visual storytelling helps communicate the scale and expertise behind the work.

Industrial photography and video are valuable tools for companies looking to showcase not only finished projects, but the people and process that make them possible.

Just got back from a road trip from Michigan to Iowa—and it didn’t disappoint.

There’s something about the gently rolling farmland and open space that just resets your perspective.

Along the way, I had the chance to visit several incredible greenhouse operations built by Prospiant:

• Hoffie Nursery
• Eagle Grove Greenhouses
• Red Oak Greenhouses

It’s always impressive to see these projects in person—the scale, the detail, and the environments these teams are creating.

Trips like this are a great reminder of how important it is to capture not just the structure, but the story behind the work.

They wanted fresh marketing images that showcased everything their entertainment facility has to offer—not just for kids, but for adults too.
