Delivering exceptional service is a team effort—and this week, our administrative team took part in the first round of training using our brand-new server manual, proudly created by our banquet manager, Mark!
With a group that ranged from 28 years of hospitality experience to none at all, Mark walked everyone through the “why” and “how” behind our signature . This training is part of our ongoing commitment to raising the bar on service and consistency—because excellence should be shared across all roles, not just our servers.
As part of the session, the team participated in hands-on training stations that brought theory into practice. Some of those training stations included reviewing table settings to spot intentional errors and were questioned on how they would fix it and learning how to properly set trays for events (as pictured below).
