Planning an event at Venue 119?
Please review our payment policy before booking.
When you reserve a date, that date is held specifically for your event and is no longer available for another client. For that reason, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to reschedule, funds paid may be transferred to another available date within one year of your original event date.
Changing venues or canceling close to your event date does not qualify for a refund.
We appreciate every client who chooses Venue 119 and want our policies to be clear and fair from the very beginning.
