RAK Lane Properties is the maintenance & project management business that we rely on. Safety Third is the safety and security business we rely on. Cholesterol King & Queens business is the hospitality business we rely on. Abundance Gift Shop is a business vendor upon the property as well as the office business operations of RAK Outreach & Missions is here. These businesses physically live here and are virtually accessible as well.
We have been the home of several lives in transformation and transition in one way or another since 2015. We have made space and housing for animals in need of housing and care as well.
We are in a season of building up so this place can handle some of those things again later on better, easier, and more accommodating.
We have an outdoor archery range in motion now as well that does require more upgrades still, but it is another area upon the land getting attention.
The gazebo has been used as a stage many times, but a secondary stage is on the list of things to build.
The outdoor kitchen is under another upgrade as well, working out stationary equipment as well as making room for a food truck to connect up at the center.
Mapping out where other vendor stations and parking will work out best is also in motion.
The businesses here now that formally started in 2025, have operated upon this land under RAK Outreach & Missions nonprofit serving others over and over in variety ways and through each experience, long term goals were started for IF we decided to open up more full time around here.
Private and functional residential space has been priority for the on site work crew before we do. By 2027 we plan to be open around here DAILY and have a variety of activities and traffic lined up that will flow in and out regularly.
