So, to address an issue before public slander is taken to the next level... I had an unhappy customer a few months ago. I made the cake, and agreed to meet with her for delivery. When the drop off happened, all I heard was praise about how cute the cake was. Then later that day I received a message, not from the lady I was dealing with, but her friend.....saying that she was unhappy with the cake. So I contacted the original customer. She wanted half of her money back in a refund but we agreed to $20 and I told her I would mail it to her as soon as I could. Granted, this could have gotten done sooner, I have been beyond busy and am not near a post office on a daily basis. This is the first and ONLY unhappy customer that I have had to date........The cake wasn't perfect, I'll admit and it could have been executed better. The heat also did NOT help as the cake was all buttercream. Now the friend has posted here, on my business page about the refund. Which in my opinion the original customer should have called or contacted me since she has my phone number, cell phone AND can message me here. At this point I no longer want to deal with this behavior and wanted to give you guys a heads up and get my side of the ordeal out before horrible rumors get started............ANNOYED
