Would you believe me if I told you we set this up in 45mph winds? Giving up is not an option. As we were setting up, the band watched us chase around flying balloons into a field of cat tails. Embarrassing? Absolutely. 😂
100lbs of weights did not work to secure this beauty. We had to pivot - we used our 6ft ladder and added weights to the steps, and secured it to the backdrop with C clamps. Truly, this type of weather is not suitable for a beginner.
That is why it is critical to hire a team of experienced professionals. Often times we have to maneuver and prepare for worst possible case scenarios. What looks immaculate and glamorous, requires meticulous planning, preparation, and delivery.
