💛❤️Gratitude Post💛❤️

I’m most grateful, excited but mostly humbled to share with you that Maria’s paella has officially a home in midtown. Couple months ago we finalized the purchase of lulus commercial kitchen. While the kitchen will continue to operate as an incubator for other chefs to create their amazing food, I’m going to be able to do my own events.

Because One of the things I enjoy the most while traveling is cooking classes. I’m bringing that to my kitchen. Some of the events we have in mind are:

⭐️Paella cooking classes
⭐️empanada making classes
⭐️Pasta Making classes
⭐️Dumpling making classes
⭐️ fruit arrangement and charcuterie classes
⭐️⭐️⭐️ And many more including cooking classes for singles where people would have the opportunity to meet people in a heathy environment with al ready one thing in common. The love for food!! Because food brings us together.

Another reason why I love the market so much is because customers become friends. I have a few customers that have supported me since day one. This particular one is a vegan elderly person who was so happy I bought the Vegan Paella back. He was so happy he brought me flowers 💐 Thank you Sacramento for showing me the love. I love you back!
