About us
The Rollin’ Rooster is a licensed Mobile Commercial Caterer located in Rutland, Vermont. We specialize in making delicious fried chicken and offer a full range of culinary options for catering. A passion for cooking and years spent working as a culinary instructor led to the creation of The Rollin’ Rooster. Nicole and Scott followed their dream of owning a restaurant by purchasing a mobile commercial kitchen in 2019. In the spring of 2020, we rented a lot at the corner of Cold River Road just outside of Rutland to park for summer and purchased picnic tables. A second Rollin’ Rooster mobile commercial kitchen was recently purchased for catering and special events.
Nicole works full time as an art teacher, paints portraits of chickens, makes earrings and is a busy mom of three. Scott works in the beverage industry in sales and management. With the help of our amazing staff, we are able to make every event they cater cluck-tacular!
