I have been asked via email for a price list several times, so I am posting a price list on here that is subject to change according to location and time spent with client . Prom ( includes photos of each and as a couple ) $50
Regular photo shoot (couples)
w/ 2 subjects or 1 individual $75
KIDS - $80-$100 . Depending on # of kids
Regular shoot with family of 5 or less $125
Regular shoot with families of 6-10 subjects $150
Large family shoots $175
Bridal portraits $150
weddings starting at $250 For small intimate setting

Larger weddings with reception $100 an Hour

any of these shoots needs to be planned and discussed with me and payment arrangements need to be made before photo time

**Price does increase when there are added subjects, traveling , etc
for example : I have a scheduled "prom" shoot that Mother wants siblings added in or grandparents or Parents - that takes extra time on location and in editing .

*** I DO NOT LIMIT PHOTOS YOU RECEIVE **
I hate to throw away GOOD photos , If I take the time to take the Picture and its good , you will have it ! Every photo I edit you will receive on a disc for your personal printing needs .

**** I WILL TAKE SPECIAL SITUATIONS INTO CONSIDERATION (ie... hardship cases)

I take Pride in my photos and my editing , I spend days after I photograph a subject editing the 100's of photos I take . You , the customer , are paying me for my time and talent Not just the time you are in front of my camera . I am very pleased to have worked with so many returning clients and hear the referrals I get from them when a new client inboxes me .

For all of you mamas that are unable to have a photographer at your birth or fresh 48, here are some helpful hints for you to take great photos on your phone or with your own camera!

-Take them during the day when there is plenty of window light.

-TURN OFF the hospital lights! Use the window light only, if you can!

-Position your baby facing the light coming through the window.

-Don't shoot towards the window. Shoot with the window to your side or to your back, but be careful not to block the light coming through! (I shoot towards the window sometimes too so that's okay if you do it. Lighting is more ideal away from it though!)

- Don't photograph aiming up the babies nose. Shoot down, from above or the side of the baby.

- Get close! Thats where the details are! Fresh skin and tiny fingers and toes are important!

-Send me your top 10 and I will edit them for free for all of my mamas who I can't be there to capture these moments!

Saw this on another photographers page this morning and thought it was a great idea!

I wanted to also add:

Ask your nurse to swaddle the baby for you. NURSES ARE THE BEST SWADDLERS!

TAG your expecting mama friends!

We ALL, professionals and individuals, should be doing our part to help one another. Giving advice, lending a helping hand, and doing what is best for one another. This post was not created to gain business, or promote my business in anyway. Just to share a wonderful idea that another photographer had. By adding tips, and taking out some things I wouldn't do personally, was a way for me to reach out and help the expecting mothers in my community!
