Expo is iced in, Thank you Lord facility is standing. But NO WATER, several calls about stranded people and livestock. But with no water and for safety reasons facility is not available at this time.

NEW & Old GROUNDS RULES

1. ABSOLUTELY NO ALOCHOL or DRUGS, NOT TOLERANCED, at or under facility. Note- Will be asked to pour out and can be asked to leave.

2.Please No dogs OR Animals in the bleachers or bathrooms. We are having to enforce this, dogs can be on a leash in stall barn and at your trailer. ONLY Service Dogs are welcome IN THESE AREAS.

3.NEW RULE - PLEASE NO scooters, hover boards, bikes, tricycles or riding devices of any kind UNDERNEATH BUILDING AT ANYTIME. But your Welcome to ride to building and park it. If handicapped you are permitted.

4.Please Don’t throw anything underneath BUILDING . Light covers have been broken or have been hit and are now tilted.

5.PLEASE NO climbing on backs of bleachers.

6 No smoking underneath building at any time.

7. ABSOLUTELY No tying horses underneath building overnight. No breaking in stalls. Promoter is subjected to be charged. Also Please do not tie horses around out side facilities fence.

8.Please KEEP YOUR TRASH PICKED UP, EXPO STAFF will APPRECIATE IT.

9.Please supervise younger children in the restrooms and on the grounds. No playing in restrooms.

10.NO PLAYING OR RIDING IN BACK Or FRONT ARENAS AFTER Event HAS ENDED, ride in warm up area only. Arenas will be watered and prepared for next day.

11.New- PLEASE
AFTER 12 Midnight no unsupervised youth on grounds unless accompanied by an parent or guardian.

12. Please Drive slow, LOOK OUT FOR CHILDREN and be courteous of others.

Note- CAMERA’S have been recently added. LINCOLN PARISH SHERRIF DEPT, make frequent ride bys and stops at facility .
