I know I've been quietly here lately. Just working at my own pace and trying to survive the end of the school year.
Hydrangeas are coming along nicely. I love watching them in all their stages--from the winter sleep to bright, big blooms, to aging gracefully through the fall.
I'm growing phlox for the first time and really enjoying it so far. I hope to do a few succession of it.
Campanula (Canterbury Bells) are about to start blooming on nice, tall, healthy stems. Creative juices are flowing on this one!
Dara self-seeded last year and are everywhere!
Anemones and snaps are still going strong and drying nicely. Bells of Ireland are done and drying. Yarrow is blooming, too! Loads of color!
The wall of celoaia will be planted as soon as all of the wheat is harvested. The first round is done and drying, the blue varietals are coming in nicely.
I've been busy with the farming aspect and haven't gotten to do much creating or designing. I'm hoping to start thinking about workshop offerings and nail down where to sell. But enduring the difficult while enjoying the beauty of life is and needs to be my focus. So, thank you for your patience with me.
