Whewww!
Well that was fun… NOT! 😅😂
Our main smoker went down 2 Saturdays in a row..
got the parts ordered and replaced two Saturdays ago for it to go down this past Saturday again so we had to order the parts but we were also due for a chimney cleaning to help eliminate some back pressure but I couldn’t get anyone out until the middle of July.. so today I got in there and cleaned out the chimney.. all I will say is it is not much fun when the chimney brush gets stuck and disconnects at the very top of the smoke stack (55 feet up in the chimney I may add!) Managed to get it out and got the job finished as well as the whole smoker cleaned!
Thank you Dad and Rita for helping me today!
This was no small task by any means!

🙏Whew! Yall showed up today for brunch that’s all I can say!! I felt like I was working at ihop this morning! Thank you again to everyone that came out and I look forward to seeing yall again next Sunday for brunch!
