Meet Jill!
Jill is one of our Royersford restaurant team members, but you can currently find her at the Sanatoga location!

Jill started with us over 20 years ago when her son, Justin, went to first grade. She worked part time while he was at school. In those 20 years, Justin went from elementary school, to middle school, to high school, to enlisting in the military and being deployed overseas! Now she and her husband are empty nesters. She continues to work at Chick-fil-A and is able to provide health insurance for her and her husband through us. What started out as a part-time gig had the opportunity to grow into a full-time career! In an industry known as a revolving door industry for employees, we are thankful for the stability and reliability that Jill brings to our team!

Jill has enjoyed her summer at Sanatoga but is anxious to get back to Royersford when it reopens. And she’d love to have some new faces join her on the day team. Text CFAjob to 31063 or visit lovemychicken.com to apply.

1️⃣ Start now at our Sanatoga location — get fully trained and ready to hit the ground running when Royersford reopens!
2️⃣ Wait until Royersford reopens — complete all of your training right here at Royersford.
We’re hiring for both Front of House (Hospitality) and Back of House (Kitchen) positions:
👨‍💼 FULL-TIME ADULT�We have a limited number of full-time daytime shifts available. Scheduled between 5:45AM–4 PM. Otherwise, to guarantee full-time hours, availability needs to be at least 8 AM–8 PM.
👋 PART-TIME ADULT�Need a schedule that fits your life? Part-time shifts are typically 4–8 hours. Need to start after 9 AM and be done by 3 PM? Absolutely! We can work with that.
🎓 HIGH SCHOOL�Must be available to work a closing shift at least 4 days Monday–Saturday (Saturday mandatory) and willing to be scheduled for at least 3 of them.
⭐ HIGH SCHOOL — LIMITED AVAILABILITY / FRONT OF HOUSE ONLY�Need to be done by 7 PM? This opportunity is perfect for students with limited availability — including 15-year-olds!

Caleb and Josh are celebrating—and for good reason! 🙌 They were 2 of the 3 fifteen-year-olds we took a chance on and hired this past year, and they quickly proved they were a valuable addition to our team. Now they’re 16 and excited that more 15-year-olds will have the same opportunity they did!

While we typically start hiring at 16 years old because of the legal restrictions that come with employing younger team members, we’re opening up a limited number of shifts for which 15-year-olds are legally eligible at BOTH our Royersford and Sanatoga locations!

🚧 We weren’t kidding when we said we were remodeling ! 🚧
For team members to serve and access the 3 lane drive thru, we have to build a “cockpit area” and a walkout door to access the cars. In addition to a better drive thru, we need a bigger kitchen to handle the capacity that visits our restaurant daily. This requires bumping out the back wall and reframing the restaurant so we can serve our community faster and better than ever before. ❤️🐔

Twenty-two years ago, we opened our Royersford doors with a simple goal: to serve great food and care for our community. Since then, we’ve had the privilege of celebrating birthdays, post-game meals, family traditions, first jobs, graduations, and so many everyday moments with you.

Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your lives. The memories made within these walls over the past 22 years are truly special, and we are incredibly grateful for every guest who has walked through our doors.

🛠️As we prepare for our next chapter, our restaurant will close on Thursday, June 11 at 2:00 p.m. for a much-needed remodel.🛠️

When we reopen this fall, you’ll find improvements designed to better serve our guests and team members, including:

🚗3 lanes in the drive-thru with a dedicated lane solely for mobile orders
🍦Expanded drink, dessert, and order prep area
🔥A larger kitchen

While we’ll miss seeing you at this location, we’re not going far. We invite you to visit us at our Sanatoga restaurant, located next to Costco, for all your meal, snack, catering, and playland needs. Many of our team members will be serving there during the remodel, so you’ll see plenty of familiar faces ready to welcome you.

This remodel is an investment in the future, and we’re excited about what it will mean for our guests, our team, and our community. We can’t wait to open our doors again this fall and continue creating memories with you for many years to come.
