Empowering Women Through Photography

Photography is my passion. It's truly a gift to be allowed to provide images that help narrate people's history. I have been INCREDIBLY fortunate that my approach and imagery have attracted a particular type of client. People who book Nova's services are folks who are very comfortable and confident in who they are. Will shooting bo***ir being a bit awkward at first? Almost every time, the answer to that question is a resounding “yes”, but I can promise you as we proceed on the journey, that fades away as your confidence builds.

My hope is that the images I create show what is truly real and unique about a couple (yes, I offer couples sessions) or individual. I don’t try to fit each session or event into a “formula”. Prior to each session, we have a pre-session consultation, a 30 minutes video chat where I get to know you, introduce myself, and start tailoring your session to fit you. Of course I give a coaching/direction for posed shots, and have a clear plan going in, but I like to roll along with the session, and see what’s visual and storytelling. If you're up for shooting bo***ir outdoor in the middle of winter - I'm the photographer for you. I'm there as your guide, your navigator, making sure you have a great time, and of course, have beautiful photographs that capture the best version of you.
