🐴 We are celebrating Derby week today!

🐴 On the menu; deluxe salad, Kentucky hot browns, loaded mashed potatoes, garlic steamed veggies and.... Derby Pie ❤️

I enjoyed making something new to the menu.... Ky Hot brown! I started with slow roasting a couple large boneless turkey breast. The traditional Mornay sauce for the hot browns included fresh turkey broth, heavy cream, real butter, gruyere cheese, parmessan cheese & seasonings. Lightly toasted sourdough topped with sliced turkey breast, Mornay sauce, tomato & crispy bacon slices. Yum!
