Meet Patrick!
He is our Executive Chef.
His favorite menu item is our smoked sirloin with house-made chimichurri. The combination of Texas-raised beef with the bright, herbaceous spice of the chimichurri makes it one of the best bites on our menu.
He’s been in the culinary industry for nearly three decades, gaining experience in almost every area of the field. He’s found that he truly enjoys the unique daily challenges of cooking for large events, which he has specialized in for over 10 years.
Free time is valuable in such a demanding industry, so he prioritizes spending it with those he loves. Whether traveling or just relaxing, he is happiest when he’s with his wife and their dogs. Getting together with their friends and family for a backyard BBQ is also a highlight of any weekend.
