Growing up in New York, coquito was simply part of the holidays — a tradition shared in kitchens, at family gatherings, and during celebrations.
Now in Texas, it brings me so much joy to carry that tradition with me and share it through Alto Catering. I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who’s been open and excited to try something new, and for those who already know the meaning and memories behind coquito.
