Ulysses Zackery is a comedian/actor/ voice talent that has over 40 years in the entertainment industry. We had a great time last night at the February wine pairing dinner. Alligator, Greek salad, blackened grouper, grilled ostrich with some amazing sides, featuring extra-virgin olive oil flavors and balsamic vinegars imported from Italy. Our Wines featured sweet and dry whites and our new dry reds, including The Rooster with big flavor and smooth finish.
